Accounts and onboarding
Agency identity, saved company and workflow details, membership and invitation records are held in the project database and access is restricted to the applicable members and the business owner.
Blank templates and branding
Logo and blank-template uploads use object storage. File URLs are shareable asset addresses, not a private document vault. Do not include candidate data or API credentials. Removing a workspace file hides its index entry rather than physically deleting its bytes.
Enquiries and billing
Enquiry details are stored for owner review and may be included in owner notifications. No automated customer emails or marketing subscriptions are created. Stripe hosts Checkout and the billing portal. The application does not store card numbers or security codes.
Before commercial activation
Legal business identity and contractual privacy/data-processing terms must be finalised before live customer processing. Submit a privacy question through the enquiry form.
